Thailand based artist Nattanon Baiphowongse(Kin) creates paintings inspired by nature. The immense power and beauty of nature arouses a variety of feelings when experienced, whether it be happiness, serenity, amazement, or even respect. I convey these feelings by combining realism that is visible to the eyes with brushstroke painting, using Japanese ink(Sumi) on gold leaf as the main technique.
